- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure follow-up on service satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using service management software and diagnostic tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
