- Assist senior technicians in performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on various medium and heavy‑duty trucks.
- Learn and apply basic mechanical skills, such as using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Participate in on‑job training sessions to develop knowledge about automotive systems, components, and repair techniques.
- Observe and ask questions to expand your understanding of repair processes and problem‑solving strategies.
- Support senior technicians in identifying and troubleshooting issues.
- Candidates must be 18+.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Must have a desire to learn and grow in a technician career.
- Prior automotive experience or enrollment in an automotive technician program is beneficial, but not required.
