We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Consultant to join our busy Service Department. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will greet clients, assess vehicle needs, recommend services, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from drop‑off to pick‑up.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns.
- Write detailed service orders and explain recommended repairs/maintenance.
- Provide transparent estimates and upsell additional services when appropriate.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs.
- Follow up with customers on service progress and review completed work.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build repeat business.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in an automotive dealership (Ford experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dealership management software and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and passion for customer service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
