As a Master Automotive Technician, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing and fixing vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and foster a collaborative environment.

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
• Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
• Promote and adhere to our safety, cleanliness, and organizational standards.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
• Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in high-level diagnostic work.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Master L1, A Tech preferred.
• Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and ability to read schematics.
• A commitment to long-term career development.
• Must be able to work on and diagnose all makes and models.
• Own toolbox and tools are required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable status.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Low comeback rate and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• High attention to detail and a desire to serve guests.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Stand for most of the shift and perform tasks such as crouching, squatting, and kneeling.
• Work in tight spaces as needed for vehicle repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools and navigate a computer.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
