As a Master Automotive Technician, you will be at the forefront of diagnosing and fixing vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and foster a positive atmosphere.

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
• Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
• Promote our standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding concerns.
• Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in high-level diagnostic work.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Master L1, A Tech.
• Proficient in electrical diagnostics and able to read schematics.
• Willingness to work 50-60 hours per week.
• A desire for long-term career development.
• Ability to diagnose all makes and models.
• Must have your own toolbox and tools.
• Valid driver's license and insurable status.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Low comeback rate and a team player mentality.
• Positive attitude and coachability.
• High proficiency with technology and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to crouch, squat, and kneel for short periods.
• Work in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Navigate a computer with ease.
