Project Manager MOD

Join us as a

As Project Manager you will integrate our department for new installations. In your role you will focus on our big projects such as a shopping center, a hospital, stations and more. Within your team, based in Drogenbos, you will play a key position in successfully delivering a project to our client.

Project Administration & Budgeting:

• Manage the administrative aspects of large-scale new installation projects (e.g. shopping centers, hospitals, stations).

Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reporting.

• Handle material ordering and coordination with internal departments.

Client Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure client expectations are met through structured communication and follow‑up.

Internal

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Project Coordinator responsible for on‑site execution and technical teams.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments such as procurement and finance.
• Support the implementation of safe and compliant solutions in collaboration with field teams.

Process & Structure:

• Maintain structure and clarity during high‑pressure periods.
• Ensure documentation and project tracking are up to date and aligned with Schindler standards.

We are looking for a structured and communicative collegue with the following skills:

• You are fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken).
• You want to keep learning and discover the elevator/escalator sector
• You have experience in project administration or project management, preferably in a technical or construction-related context.:
• You are organized, solution‑oriented, and stress‑resistant.
• You are known for your strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
• You have excellent communication skills with both clients and internal stakeholders.
