As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the link between business needs and execution, helping teams make smarter, faster decisions. This role is designed for an MBA student with minimum 1–3 years of prior professional experience who is eager to apply problem-solving, analytical, and strategic skills in a high-growth startup.

Partner with business and product leaders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new initiatives and processes.

Translate business needs into clear recommendations, models, and action plans to guide execution.

Support financial modeling, forecasting, and market research to identify growth opportunities.

Conduct competitive and industry analyses to inform Zetta’s go-to-market and operational strategies.

Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to monitor performance and communicate insights to leadership.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by clarifying requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment between teams.

MBA candidate with minimum 1–3 years of prior professional experience in consulting, finance, operations, or related fields.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze ambiguous problems and propose practical solutions.

Solid foundation in business analysis, financial modeling, and/or process improvement.

Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides); exposure to SQL or BI tools is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial mindset — adaptable, curious, and eager to contribute to a fast-moving startup.
