This role involves meeting with clients, preparing bids, and supporting the sales and client relations process. • Meet with customers on-site to assess project scope and needs
• Prepare accurate bids for forestry and land clearing services
• Evaluate labor, equipment, and time required for each job
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding scope, pricing, and timelines
• Collaborate with the owner to finalize estimates and contract details
• Keep accurate records of estimates and customer follow-ups
• Receive on-the-job training before independently managing bids

• 1+ year of experience in estimating, bidding, or forestry/land services - or a strong willingness to learn
• Good math skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy with email, phone, and spreadsheets
• Professional appearance and friendly customer service

• Familiarity with forestry, landscaping, or land services (preferred but not required)
• Ability to measure job sites and create accurate takeoffs
• Excellent time management and self-direction
• Dependability, loyalty, and pride in your work
• Weekly pay
• Flexible part-time or full-time hours (20-30 per week)
• On-the-job training provided
• Potential to work full-time if you could do our social media posts
