What will your role be?This role is perfect for someone with a finance or consulting background who’s ready to dive deeper into strategy execution, change management, and business impact

- Translate the company’s strategic vision into concrete goals, KPIs, and initiatives.
- Partner with leadership, Finance, and HR to make strategy part of everyday decision‑making.
- Use data and insight to challenge assumptions, track progress, and drive performance.
- Coach teams in defining meaningful KPIs and turning ideas into tangible results.
- Support change initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment and engagement.
- Communicate the strategy in a clear, inspiring way — so everyone understands their role in the bigger picture.
- Lead strategic review sessions and track progress on key initiatives.
- Identify and share best practices that accelerate change and create long‑term value.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
- You have 2–4 years of experience in consulting (Big 4/Big
5) or business control / performance management. - You are fluent in FR/DU/EN
- You’re analytical, structured, and curious — but you also bring empathy and a change mindset.
- You enjoy connecting data with people — supporting teams see how numbers tell the story of strategy.
- You’re a strong communicator who thrives in fast‑paced, transformation‑driven environments.
