Farmers Insurance is aggressively growing in Wisconsin and seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Consultant to support and grow our network of agency owners and future entrepreneurs. This role is based out of our WI District Office and works closely with Farmers agents to help improve business performance, develop talent, and support agency growth initiatives across the district.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Farmers agency owners to support business planning, growth strategies, and operational improvement
- Analyze agency performance and help identify opportunities for increased production and efficiency
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of new agency staff and Protégé candidates
- Conduct regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with agents and team members
- Assist with training initiatives, sales best practices, and compliance guidance
- Collaborate with District leadership to execute district-wide goals and initiatives
- Represent Farmers Insurance at career fairs, recruiting events, and community functions as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, communications, or related field a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in business consulting, sales management, financial services, insurance, or coaching
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a district-based role
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required (licensing assistance provided if needed)

10-25% local travel
Pay $75,000 - $95,000
