Vice President of Risk Management CG

Our executive search firm is partnering with a leisure and recreation business seeking a Vice President of Risk Management. This leader will oversee enterprise risk, insurance, safety, compliance, and business continuity across a diverse operating environment.

• Develop and maintain the organization’s enterprise risk-management framework.
• Oversee insurance programs, claims activity, loss prevention, and broker relationships.
• Evaluate operational, financial, regulatory, reputational, and safety-related risks.
• Partner with operational leaders to strengthen controls and reduce preventable incidents.
• Lead crisis-management, emergency-response, and business-continuity planning.
• Present material risks and mitigation strategies to executive leadership and the board.

Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business, or a related discipline.

Extensive experience leading risk, insurance, compliance, or safety programs.

Knowledge of commercial insurance, claims management, and regulatory requirements.

Experience supporting multi-site or public-facing operations preferred.

Strong judgment, communication, investigation, and decision-making skills.

• Base salary: $170,000–$205,000 annually
