• 1+ year as an oil & gas title lawyer (2+ preferred).
• Experience from a recognized title practice (clerkship or prior role).
• Active Texas bar (or a plan to obtain it promptly).
• Strong writing, meticulous analysis, and a collaborative, deadline‑reliable style.

• Additional bars in WY, MT, CO, IL, KY, or TN.
• Interest in client‑facing work and business awareness.
