JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Our Story: I live in Wittenberg and am a 9-year-old boy. I have boundless energy and love to explore and play outside. I have a brand-new puppy! I am a non-verbal 7-year-old boy with an energetic personality! I am curious about my surroundings and like to explore. I enjoy the coloring, playing outside and using electronics. I have Autism which makes me unique and wonderful all at the same time!

After school care needed for a delightful 7- and 9-year-old boys with Autism. Hours/

Schedule:

• 7:30am-8:30am Transport to school Monday-Friday (Every other week)
• 3:30pm-6:30pm Monday-Friday (Every other week) Pick up child from school and transport him to his home in Wittenberg.

• transportation from school to home
• Engage member in activities of choice
• Provide supervision and a safe environment at all times
• Provide redirection as behavioral challenges arise
• Supervise snack time

• Previous experience working with children with autism or non-verbal individuals
• A compassionate, patient and understanding attitude
• The ability to be proactive and remain calm in stressful situations
• Must have a current driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must be reliable
• * $17.00 per hour
• A background check is required for this role prior to employment starting
