• Ensure projects are planned and built to specifications and Company Standards.
• Oversee construction activities, including planning, scheduling, materials, and practices.
• Monitoring the workload of staff to ensure that activities are being planned in accordance with their priority.
• Oversee subcontractor activities.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.
• Oversee the use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Verify deliveries and manage inventory to prevent shortages or waste.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the project team and client.
• Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Communicate daily with project managers.

• Proven experience within the construction industry.
• Ability to travel Monday through Thursday.

• Basic knowledge of iOS.
