JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Crush/Wash Plant Foreman at Payne + Dolan, Inc.

• Lead a tight-knit crew to keep operations safe and efficient
• Manage daily production, scheduling, and overall operations
• Operate & oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and keep equipment up to spec
• Enforce safety practices and site standards
• Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors
• Participate in welding, inspections, cleanup, and other tasks as needed

• Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred)
• Strong communication and crew coordination skills

• A strong work ethic and problem‑solving mindset
