Site Superintendent

Role and Responsibilities

Oliver Construction Co. is actively seeking a qualified site superintendent for commercial construction projects solely in Southeast Wisconsin. The selected candidate will:

• Lead and manage subcontractors
• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from groundbreaking to completion
• Administer and oversee the safety program
• Interact directly with project managers, attending meetings with owners and partners as required
• Perform and provide structural calculations

• 5+ years of construction management experience;
  Design‑Build familiarity preferred
• OSHA site safety experience
• Familiarity with Procore project management software preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a 50‑mile radius of Oconomowoc, WI
• Proven construction technical knowledge on‑site with an understanding of each facet of a job (e.g., concrete, masonry, metals, wood & plastics, moisture proofing, openings, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, conveying systems, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication, security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, transportation, waterway & marine construction, wastewater, demolition, etc.)

• Aerial Lift Certification
• Forklift Certification
