We’re a nationwide general contractor specializing in restaurant construction, and we’re hiring a Traveling Superintendent to join our team. You'll take the lead on ground-up and remodel projects for well-known brands like Culver’s, Applebee’s, Scramblers, and Blaze Pizza — managing job sites across the Midwest.

• Supervise daily site operations from mobilization to closeout
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and punch lists
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to spec
• Maintain high standards for jobsite safety and quality
• Collaborate with project managers and clients throughout the build

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Restaurant or fast-paced retail construction experience highly preferred
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (Midwest region)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with daily reporting, scheduling tools, and jobsite coordination
