Walbec is seeking a Paving Foreman for our 2026 season to oversee scheduling, crew management, and equipment needs, ensuring quality in laydown and compaction. Candidates should have strong leadership and the ability to manage changing priorities in a field environment.
Minimum 5 years of asphalt experience and prior Foreman work are required, with union membership encouraged. CDL is preferred but not required; benefits and steady work across Southern Wisconsin are offered.
