Construction Manager/ Foreman, Site Manager
You know the difference between a schedule that looks good in a meeting and a jobsite that’s actually moving.
When subcontractors are stepping on each other’s work, materials aren’t showing up, or the next phase isn’t ready, you’re the person who gets things back on track.
If you know how to keep commercial construction projects moving from groundbreaking through closeout, there’s an opportunity worth discussing in the Oconomowoc area.
What you’ll be doing :- Take ownership of day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Lead subcontractors, coordinate trades, and keep crews working toward the same milestones.
- Run subcontractor meetings, pre-installation meetings, and jobsite coordination.
- Manage schedules, monitor progress, and stay ahead of material and equipment needs.
- Work directly with project managers, owners, and project partners to resolve field challenges.
- Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, inspections, and compliance.
- Catch potential conflicts between trades before they turn into delays or rework.
- $,000 annual salary
- Direct-hire opportunity with a commercial construction organization.
- Responsibility for field execution, subcontractor coordination, and project delivery.
- Projects within approximately a 50+ mile radius of Oconomowoc, WI.
- Opportunity to bring your construction knowledge and leadership experience to projects from start to finish.
You’re a hands‑on Superintendent with at least 5 years of construction management experience. You understand how commercial jobsites operate, how different trades interact, and what it takes to keep a project safe, organized, and on schedule.
You’re comfortable leading subcontractors, making field decisions, and communicating with project stakeholders. You bring OSHA site safety experience, a valid driver’s license, and the flexibility to travel between local jobsites.
Design‑build experience, Procore familiarity, and additional safety or equipment certifications are valuable, but they’re not the whole story.
