Location: Town of Belgium

Guide enterprise brands through 90-day transformation programs that prove AI can deliver world-class creative autonomy. Lead workshops, build capability, and architect the post-agency creative model where speed and craft coexist. Work with £100M+ brands, presenting at C-level, establishing repeatable frameworks, and bringing client insights back to product.

Required:

8+ years creative leadership (agency + in-house), enterprise brand experience, fluent English. Bonus:
Dutch language, AI creative tools experience, startup background.

Why This Role Exists

Most enterprise brands are stuck in an outdated model: slow photoshoots, expensive agencies, six-week timelines for a single visual. Inku flips that model. We build AI Brand Engines that give brands true creative autonomy — faster, more consistent, more scalable, without sacrificing craft.

You lead that transformation.

Not as customer success.

Not as an agency-style creative lead.

But as the architect of the post-agency era.

Your Mission

As Creative Director, you own our 90-day White Glove Programme — the journey where enterprise brands discover they can create world-class visual content themselves.

You will:

  • Prove what they thought was impossible in the first weeks.
  • Teach marketing and creative teams to replace agency workflows with Inku.
  • Rebuild their creative process around speed, autonomy and brand fidelity.
  • Curate and elevate AI-generated visuals to campaign-ready quality.
  • Build repeatable transformation frameworks that scale across industries.
  • Bring the voice of enterprise brands directly into our product decisions.

You turn sceptics into believers.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the White Glove transformation: workshops, creative sessions, capability building.
  • Curate AI imagery: distinguish "on-brand" from "iconic".
  • Build transformation playbooks: systems others will follow.
  • Represent enterprise needs internally: shaping product, roadmap and positioning.
About You
  • 8+ years in creative leadership (ideally both agency and in-house).
  • Experience working with £100M+/€100M+ brands and presenting at C-level.
  • Able to translate brand identity into scalable rules, principles and workflows.
  • See AI as a creative amplifier, not a replacement.
  • Understand the inefficiencies of the agency model — and want to prove there's a better way.
  • Fluent in English;
    Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Thrive in a startup environment where you build structure, not follow it.
  • Based in Belgium (or willing to relocate), with 20–30% client travel.
