- Figma

Experience working with developers and Figma is highly desirable for this separate role.
Communication ToolsThe client uses
Slack
and is comfortable communicating through Slack.
If multiple VAs are eventually hired - for example, a video editor and a logo designer - Nalo Seed is open to creating a shared Slack channel so team members supporting the same client can coordinate.
Initial commitment:10 hours per weekThe client expects the workload to potentially increase as the agency acquires more clients.
The goal of hiring is not simply to delegate existing work—it is to
increase the agency's capacity to accept additional clients and sell additional services

The client is based in
Texas, USA
.
She does not require the VA to work the entire US business day.
However, she would prefer approximately1-2 hours of daily overlap
for communication, feedback, and project coordination.
The remainder of the VA's hours can be flexible.
