Benefits Representative, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Overview

A professional services firm in Westlake is seeking a Benefits Representative to join its Testing & Reporting Services (TRS) team, supporting year-end retirement plan testing and reporting. This role helps guide Plan Sponsors through the Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) process, including data uploads, validation, and issue resolution.

Details:

Contract position | $30/hr

Hybrid schedule: one week onsite, one week remote

Monday-Friday, 8 AM-8 PM (flexible 8-hour shifts)

Limited overtime during peak season (Feb–Mar 15)

Responsibilities:

• Support year-end retirement plan testing and reporting within the TRS team.
• Guide Plan Sponsors through the Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT) process, including data uploads, validation, and issue resolution.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in Nondiscrimination Testing (defined contribution plans).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Quick learner with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Training:

3-4 weeks of onsite training provided.
