- -78197 [Front Desk Agent / Concierge] As a VIP Ambassador at Live Nation Entertainment, you'll:
Welcome guests as the enter the VIP entrance, club, and pavilion;
Scan tickets, issuing wristbands/credentials as guests enter the venue;
Answer questions, show guests to their seats and assist with any other needs that may arise throughout the evening;
Assist in all the different aspects of the VIP/Premium Seat Services experience, including the club, decks, pavilion/box seats and parking lot;
Maintain relationships with VIP clients and handle any special requests.
