Position Title:
Customer Service / Dispatch
Wage: $19.00 - $21.00/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours:
8:30am - 5:00pm (1 Day Off During Week, 1 Day Off During Weekend)
Location:
Sturtevant, WI
- Answer incoming calls and help walk-in customers
- Quote junk-car purchases and schedule free pickups (usually within about 35 miles)
- Dispatch drivers and tow trucks and keep pickup routes organized
- Help customers find used OEM parts and explain inventory, warranties, and yard procedures
- Take accurate vehicle details: year, make, model, condition, title status, and location
- Coordinate with yard staff on pickups, parts pulls, and customer visits
- Follow up on quotes and scheduled jobs and keep clear notes
- Good phone and customer service skills
- Able to handle phones, scheduling, and in-person customers at the same time
- Basic vehicle knowledge is a plus. Training is available
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced yard environment
- English / Spanish bilingual is a plus
