I opened my agency in 2020 after spending two decades as a State Farm Executive, bringing with me deep experience in leadership, customer relationships, and driving high-performing teams. Today, our office includes seven team members and continues to grow. I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Law Degree, and an MBA, and I’m a proud mom of four boys. Giving back is a core part of who we are — we’re actively involved in supporting organizations such as Grace of Grapevine, Viola’s House Dallas, and the Esperanza Project.

As a Customer Service Representative

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
