Job Description Image Moderator (On-site, Hanoi)

We are seeking Image Moderators who will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated images in-game. You will help maintain a safe environment for our community while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

Moderate and review images generated by users in-game.

Maintain a secure working environment and strictly protect all handled data privacy protection is a top priority
.

Meet personal and team productivity/quality targets.

Work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Perform other tasks as requested by the manager.

English proficiency at B2 level (approx. IELTS 5.5 / TOEIC 600).

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

Good computer skills; familiar with MS Office and Google applications.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Comfortable using smartphones, mobile devices, and various mobile apps.

Able to work full-time and on rotating shifts.

Morning Shift:7AM - 12PM

Afternoon Shift: 1PM
-6PM
