Front Desk Coordinator

Overview

Angelic Beauty is looking to hire a Part-Time or Full-time Front Desk Coordinator with a long-term relationship in mind. Our company offers plenty of growth opportunities and in-house trainings. We are an upscale beauty salon in Sterling, VA that takes pride in providing quality products and services to all of our clients. If you are an individual who is positive-minded, highly motivated, possesses excellent customer service skills and receptionist experience, then this job is for you!

• Greet and welcome guests and assist with sign-in process
• Respond to phone, text and email inquiries from clients
• Appointment scheduling
• Handle minor problems that arise during daily operation
• Develop good client relations
• Help ensure reception area and salon are tidy and presentable at all times
• Build knowledge of products and services we offer
• Sales of packages and memberships
• Assist with social media and marketing

• Must possess basic computer knowledge and skills (emails, social media, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must be fluent in English
• Must possess good customer service skills (phone, text, emails, and in-person)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Prior work experience as a receptionist and/or sales experience is required
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Angelic Beauty has two locations:
  Sterling and Fairfax. If candidate can cover shifts at Fairfax occasionally this is ideal.
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
