Dental Hygienist
Dental Care of Grafton is expanding and adding a hygienist to the team. The role involves providing patient education, maintaining hygiene schedules, and supporting dental procedures.
Responsibilities- Perform full mouth scaling and root planing (SRP) up to 90 minutes.
- Conduct new patient examinations and hygiene appointments for up to 90 minutes.
- Provide routine 60‑minute recall visits.
- Document dental histories and treatment plans using Dentrix software.

- Current dental hygienist license in WI with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
- Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
- Motivation to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
- Clinical flexibility as required by office.
- Ability to perform essential duties, including prolonged sitting and standing.
- Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically.
- Must complete a tuberculosis (TB) test prior to employment (not applicable in FL & TN).
