Energetic & Compassionate Dental Assistant; Pediatric Practice

In this role, you will be the comforting presence that turns a routine dental visit into a fun adventure for young patients, working closely with the clinical team to deliver top-notch care in a warm, inviting atmosphere.

• Welcome children and their families with an energetic, friendly smile, helping them feel relaxed and at home from the moment they walk in.
• Assist the doctors chairside during pediatric dental procedures with patience, empathy, and expertise.
• Take digital radiographs and help manage patient flow smoothly throughout the day.
• Explain procedures to kids and parents in clear, kid-friendly terms to alleviate dental anxiety.
• Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Support a collaborative, team-oriented office culture where everyone pitches in to help.

• Experience: Previous dental assisting experience is preferred; background or a strong passion for working with children and/or special needs patients is a huge plus!
• Personality: Upbeat, patient, gentle, and community-minded. You understand that a little extra patience goes a long way with a child.
