Schedule:

• Monday: 7:30 am
  -5:15 pm
  Tuesday and Wednesday: 6:30 am - 4:15 pm
  Thursday: 6:30 am - 1 pm
  Friday: 7:30 am - 2:00 pm

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

• Welcome and engage every patient with a warm greeting and genuine care—setting the tone for a positive dental experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
• Coordinate efficient appointment schedules that maximize patient satisfaction and clinic flow.
• Organize and maintain accurate patient records with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring seamless care coordination.
• Build lasting patient relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.

• Ability to learn on in the moment and problem solve.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed customer service goals.
• 1 year of experience working in Dental, medical or strong customer service
• High school diploma or GED.

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or Mac Practice
