Physician - Hematology/Oncology
Marshfield Medical Center in Weston and Steven’s Point, Wisconsin is looking for a BE/BC Hematology/Oncology physician to join an established Cancer Center & Research Program. Our clinics are integrated at all locations with regularly scheduled provider meetings, physician advisory boards, tumor boards, and other collaborations. Extensive research opportunities are available.
Program Details:Full range oncology practice including outpatient infusion center, inpatient capability, strong dedication to multi‑disciplinary tumor boards, and teaching opportunities.
Strong research program and support of clinical trials with dedicated Research RNs and coordinators.
Supportive work/life balance.
Physicians are supported by a strong team of APPs.
Radiation Oncology support onsite.
Dedicated Pathology and Radiology support.
Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1
Bs (cap exempt organization).
2‑year salary guarantee of $650k for a 1.0 FTE.
Up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details).
4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start.
CME annual allowance.
