Physician - Emergency Medicine

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 56-day locum tenens assignment in Texas beginning Jan 12, 2026. This position offers multiple ED shift options, including both day and night hours, with a flexible schedule of 7 to 14 shifts per month. Board certification in Emergency Medicine and current ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications are required. • Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in the emergency department
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and urgent conditions
• Stabilize patients and coordinate care with consulting specialists as needed
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Document all patient encounters accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nursing and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to established protocols, policies, and best practices in emergency medicine

• Must hold an active Texas medical license
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine required
• Current ACLS, ATLS, and BLS certifications required
• Prior experience in an emergency department setting strongly preferred
