Outpatient Family Medicine Opportunity
SSM Health Dean Medical Group, based in Madison, Wisconsin, is recruiting a Family Physician for its Dodgeville clinic, offering:
The Opportunity:
- Outpatient Family Medicine with optional Nursing Home rounds
- Experienced team of Physicians & Advanced Practitioners
- Multi-specialty clinic with primary and specialty care, including 12 onsite specialties such as Allergy, Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Infusion, Neurology, Oncology, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, & Urology
- Onsite medical imaging & lab services
- Full-time position with flexible hours (.8-1.0 FTE)
- Work/life balance with typical hours Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
- On-Call rotation of 6-10 weeknights and approximately 2 weekends per year, mainly phone calls triaged by a call center
- EPIC EMR system
- Two-year salary guarantee with a sign-on bonus
