In need of call coverage Jan. 11-29, Feb. 5-22, Mar. 4-7, April 2-18, and April 29 forward. WI license and DEA required for Jan. dates due to credentialing. Physician must have a WI license & DEA or be willing to obtain a WI Act 10 temporary license and transfer an out-of-state DEA to WI. Shifts structured as 24/7 call coverage, 7 am-7 am.
