Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of February 2026. The role involves scheduled clinical hours plus call, seeing an average of fourteen to eighteen (14-18) patients per shift in an outpatient, inpatient setting. - MD/DO Degree
- Board Certified
- Licensed in Wisconsin State or IMLC
- Fellowship Status Preferred
- EPIC Preferred
