• We offer physician-level wound management training and a wound fellowship for clinical excellence.
• W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits.
• Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in work schedules, typically a 45-hour work week for full-time positions.
• Paid training is provided.

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

• Full-time work:
  Monday - Friday (7 am - 4 pm) or part-time options available.
• No call or weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.
• Part-time role requires a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time is 4-5 days per week.
• This is a mobile practice: physicians visit facilities within a 40-60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Physicians typically visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily.
• Clinical documentation is performed at the point of care during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
• Paid training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.
• W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship available.
