Position Details- Join a collaborative team of 4 FMOB physicians, with additional support and shared call coverage from 7 other physicians
- Patient volume of 10-14 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient relationships and strong work-life balance
- 4-day work week offered, with additional flexible scheduling options available, including part-time
- Optional C-sections, with mentorship available for physicians looking to develop or expand those skills
- Opportunity to help shape and participate in a new Family Medicine Residency Program
- Experience the momentum of an independent, physician-friendly organization that has welcomed nearly 20 Family Medicine physicians to its team in the past five years
- Hospital-employed position offering a guaranteed salary, incentive bonus, and call pay totaling exceeding $400,000 annually
