A not-for-profit, physician-led health system in Montana is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to build and grow their new service line. Outpatient opportunity with a four-day work week and flexible scheduling, within a collaborative psychiatric team.
Academic opportunities are available. Base salary is $310,000 plus productivity, quality incentive bonuses, retention bonus, sign-on/relocation, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement with match, and PTO.
