- Flexible four- or five-day workweek schedule available
- Full-time position with 35 patient contact hours per week
- Join a team of 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice clinicians
- Light call rotation of 1:10 with primary care physicians in the group
- 35 days of time off annually including PTO, holidays, and CME
