With multiple product launches in 2025, including our Upmix Engine and SR1 headphone, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a touch of sales who can bridge both B2B and B2C worlds
. You’ll shape strategy and project plans, but also roll up your sleeves to make sure campaigns land. From distributors and venues to artists, DJs, sound engineers and education, you’ll help us build lasting impact across professional and consumer markets.
You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house creative designer (web, design, video, visuals), making sure creative ideas and marketing strategy come together. This is a key role with the potential of developing into a leadership role.
RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute marketing strategy and project plans across digital, social, email, events, and partnerships.
Drive the ongoing development and growth of the Areal brand, ensuring it evolves to stay relevant, competitive, and impactful.
Work with our creative designer to deliver consistent, high-impact campaigns.
Create clear messaging that translates complex technology into customer value.
Drive brand awareness and community engagement in pro audio, education, and consumer markets.
Coordinate product launches, trade shows, distributor and education initiatives.
Support sales with leads, materials, and relationship building.
Measure campaign performance and adjust marketing strategies based on data.
REQUIRED SKILLS5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in pro audio, music tech, education technology, or related B2B hardware/software.
A hands‑on marketing generalist with an outstanding track record in steering successful online and offline campaigns.
Affinity with sales and customer engagement, able to support the sales process when needed.
Strong strategist and project manager, but not afraid to get hands dirty with execution.
Skilled at switching between B2B and B2C storytelling for audio professionals, consumers and educators.
Familiar with marketing tools (Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, etc.).
Writing and campaign planning skills, growth or performance marketing know-how or experience in product introductions is a plus.
