Lead 2's Teacher- Early Preschool

Primrose School of Brookfield is hiring a full-time Early Childhood Teacher for our Early Preschool (age 2-3) classroom. We're a COGNIA accredited program using the Balanced Learning curriculum and we're looking for someone who wants to build a career here, not just take a job.

• Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday — your hours are never cut
• Set, predictable shift
• Classroom ratios: (1:6 toddlers) - we staff to ratio every day, so you're never running a room alone
• Daily coverage for planning time and breaks - no staying late to catch up
• Curriculum is provided and ready to use - no unpaid at-home lesson planning
• Classroom fully stocked with materials and supplies from day one

• $19–$23/hr based on experience and certification
• Quarterly bonuses:

Assistant Teacher → Lead Teacher → Assistant Director, with most internal promotions happening within 18-24 months for teachers who want it.

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, CDA credential, or equivalent experience preferred;
  Wisconsin childcare certification is a plus but not required
• Comfortable passing a background check and meeting state licensing requirements
• Experience working with children with age 2-3 a plus
