Kinder Care Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor classroom staff, implement curriculum, and foster a safe, nurturing learning environment. You will partner with parents to support each child’s growth and work with staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
The role requires 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience, CDA credential or candidacy, and a commitment to high-quality care. CPR/First Aid and state training credentials are preferred.
