The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Special Education Paraprofessional-Resource at Richfield High School for the school year, working with students in grades 9-12. In Richfield Public Schools, we believe that all students are capable of achieving their dreams with the right educational foundation. Students in Richfield will receive a challenging, engaging and relevant academic experience which will prepare them for college, career and life.

Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation; having 1 of the 3 listed below:
- Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcripts).
- Have an Associate's degree or higher (Transcripts).
- Obtained a passing score on the MN-approved assessment Para Educator, which measures math and reading skills (Certificate).
Hourly Rate: $23.83 -$27.02 (Based on education and experience)
Richfield Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package. Please note, the current rate is for the 2025-26 and the contract is currently under negotiation for the 2026-27 school year.
