As Centre Director, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the centre, ensuring exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Drive quality educational programs aligned with the National Quality Framework
• Foster a positive and inclusive centre culture
• Build trusted relationships with children, families and the community
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards are maintained
• Manage centre operations, occupancy and workforce planning
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
• Champion TLC’s innovative intergenerational learning approach

You’re an experienced Early Childhood leader who enjoys developing people, building strong relationships and creating environments where children and educators can flourish.

You’ll bring:

• Bachelor or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous leadership experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director or similar role
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Current Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain)
