Location: Town of Texas
Next Era Energy is seeking an HV Strike Team Technician I to support planned outages, high-voltage maintenance, testing, and PRC-028 compliance across the NEER generating fleet. The role requires mentoring, strong safety practices, and the ability to read schematics and field work packages.
The position is based at a Renewables site with travel estimated at 40%–50% and potential for night, weekend, or holiday support as needed. High school diploma and 4+ years of HV experience are required.
