ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area within a department(s) which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:
Use extensive Order Management business knowledge at domain level and drive change management and business adoption of technologies
Leverage technical expertise and industry best practices to recommend solution.
Identify business requirements and process improvements and delivers appropriate technical solutions.
Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex problems.
Use extensive Order Management business knowledge at domain level and drive change management and business adoption of technologies
Design complex cross-functional solutions for IT partners to construct and deliver.
Demonstrate broad technical leadership, exert influence outside of immediate team and Drive change.

Stay updated with the industry leading practices in Sales & Distribution and pursue professional relationships inside and outside the company.
Follow appropriate departmental and company procedures and policies (i.e. change control, security and auditing, release, configuration, problem and incident management).
Stay updated with the industry leading practices in CRM Service and pursue professional relationships inside and outside the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Bachelors/Masters in Engineering OR Computer Sciences

• Should have 10+ years’ experience in as SAP Techno - functional expert in CRM/SD areas.

• Hands on Functional Configuration and Design Experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.

• Creative approach to problem solving.
