• Degree(s) in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional Engineering Licensure.
• 5-15+ years of recent related experience.
• Experience with Revit, RAM Products, RISA, ETABS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
