Overview

We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to review a 'generic' 45 acre Site Architect's layout/plan (Autodesk file available upon PE selection) composed of non-traditional structures and mobile facilities (site restrooms, gensets, lighting, fencing, etc.). The PE will break this Site Plan down to construction-level plans and domain-level plans (from Site Prep and construction to final Structure outfitting and Site 'as-built' documentation and drawings).

The first Site construction/installation is anticipated to be in the South Texas area. However, the 'generic' Site Plan anticipates future Site installations with national implications and associated visibility.

The ideal candidate must be a United States citizen with a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license with expertise and experience in structural, civil and industrial engineering. The responsibilities of this role will include providing engineering expertise, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and offering support for one South Texas Site (the initial installation), but with National implications. A Team Mutual NDA will be required before PE work can begin.

Candidates who are detail-oriented, dedicated, and possess strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. We invite you to submit your credentials along with your application for consideration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering expertise to review and break down the Site Plan into construction-level and domain-level drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Support the initial South Texas installation with consideration for national implications.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders and produce documentation for site 'as-built' drawings.
  • Work under a Team Mutual NDA prior to PE involvement.
Qualifications
  • United States citizen with a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience in structural, civil and industrial engineering.
  • Detail-oriented, dedicated, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to review Autodesk site layouts and convert them into construction-level and domain-level plans.
Application

Please submit your credentials along with your application for consideration.
