Field Service Engineer

As Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for the complete maintenance of water treatment installations for our industrial clients. You work in tandem with the service manager and are part of the service team along with 5 other colleagues. After thorough training, you will go on-site to our clients in the region of Belgium (with a focus Limburg, Antwerp & Flemish Brabant).

• You are responsible for the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of our water treatment installations at the customer’s site.
• You support colleagues in complex or urgent interventions.
• You are the central point of contact for the customer and provide them with technical feedback regularly. To communicate effectively, you stay informed about the latest technological developments.
• You collaborate smoothly with different departments (back‑office, sales, etc.) to provide optimal service to our customers.
• You handle the necessary registrations and maintain technical documentation in the internal computer system.
• You manage the inventory of parts and materials to ensure timely ordering.
• You always consider safety and quality regulations.

• With your bachelor’s degree in electricity, electronics, or automation, you fit perfectly into the role.
• You are open to diving into the technical world of water purification installations.
• You are attentive to safety procedures at the customer’s site.
• You enjoy working autonomously but with a team‑oriented and collegial approach. As a Service Engineer, you consistently work in a solution‑oriented and goal‑oriented manner and are flexible.
• You speak fluent Dutch and can professionally communicate in French and English.
• Additionally, you are customer‑oriented and can maintain professional relationships with clients. Providing excellent customer service is a priority for you!
• You are willing to work on‑site and have a valid driver’s license (B).
