Structural Engineer

Overview

Are you a Structural Engineer with a passion for designing safe, efficient, and innovative structures? We’re looking for a licensed Structural Engineer who thrives in a hands-on environment, capable of leading structural design projects from concept through construction while working with concrete, steel, timber, and wood-frame systems. This onsite role is based in Longview, TX with a relocation package available.

• Prepare detailed structural design calculations, analysis, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
• Develop engineering reports, design narratives, and complete construction documentation
• Conduct on-site structural inspections, site visits, and review shop drawings and RFIs
• Collaborate closely with architects, civil engineers, and construction professionals
• Manage and lead structural engineering projects with growing leadership responsibility
• Be a visible and engaged team member onsite in Longview to support a collaborative work culture

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer with multi-state registration capability
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Revit experience is a plus; on-the-job learning available if not familiar
• Ability to work at a desk and perform site visits that may involve ladders and physical movement
